Life Church are looking for someone to lead the youth team in Peterborough as they continue to disciple and invest in our wonderful young people.
This role requires someone who loves Jesus, is keen to disciple young people, is able to lead and encourage a team of volunteers and is ready to fully engage in wider life of the church family.
The youth team leader is responsible for leading, supporting, recruiting to and working with the youth team at Life Church in order to together disciple the young people (i.e. secondary school age children) connected to the church, under the oversight of the elders of the church.
Life Church is part of the Relational Mission family of churches which is part of the New Frontiers network.
Based in Peterborough, we reflect the diverse community of the city and surrounding areas, whilst being united together through Christ.
Salary: Full time Equivalent: £23,850 – £29,800 (actual based on 12hr / week: £7,155 – £8,940) depending on experience.
