You are invited to the Churches Together Shire & Soke (Northamptonshire, Peterborough & Rutland) AGM to hear Theologian Dr Anna Krauss speak on theological and practical ecumenism and how we can encourage young ecumenist involvement.
This free meeting will take place on Tuesday 14th May from 7:30pm – 9:00 pm at St Ninian’s Church, Beanfield Avenue, Corby NN18 0AX.
Dr Anna Krauss is currently the General Secretary of The Council of Lutheran Churches in Great Britain. It will also be a great opportunity to hear Dr Anna speak before she relinquishes her role as President of CTE’s Fourth Presidency Group. From September, she will take up the post of Director of the Lutheran World Federation’s (LWF) Centre in Wittenberg, Germany.
There will be a very short AGM, followed by a time of Worship Gathering then an opportunity to hear from Dr Anna, followed by a time of Questions and Answers. Light refreshments will be available. Parking is available in St Ninian’s or on the road – Beanfield Avenue. The event is free but donations welcome.
