Light Project Peterborough was started by a group of Christians who believe in showing their faith in action. Our vision is ‘Enabling and equipping the church and community to heal the broken hearted, set free the oppressed and bring good news to the poor.’

We are looking for amazing people to join Light Project Peterborough as a Project Worker. This is primarily to support the work of the Garden House project and community activities. We are open to applications for full and part-time roles. We encourage applications from people with ‘Lived Experience’ of the challenges we are supporting people to overcome.

Salary and hours: £27,500 FTE

Annual Leave: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Employee benefits include free parking. NEST pension scheme, enhanced maternity leave and well-being and counselling support.

All posts will be subject to a DBS Enhanced disclosure.

Reports to: Services Manager, with day to day operational guidance from a Lead Project Worker.
