Open Door Trust – Wellbeing Sessions

Each month, the Open Door Trust run wellbeing sessions that cover topics focused on anxiety, resilience, grief and creating new healthy habits. These sessions are run via Zoom and a stable internet signal is required.

These sessions will run as follows:

– How we create habits – Wednesday 8th November 1:30pm – 2:30pm
– Anxiety & Worry – Wednesday 15th November 1:30pm – 2:30pm
– What is Resilience, and how do we start becoming resilient – Wednesday 22nd November 1:30pm – 2:30pm
– What is the difference between Grief & Loss – Wednesday 29th November 1:30pm – 2:30pm
