Open Door Trust – November Courses

In November we will be running our normal well-being and money courses, which are very popular and easily accessible. These will as always be running via ZOOM, and all information concerning the sessions including the login details will be sent out to each attendee. Please remind them the email will come from this email account, so to check all spam folders.

The money course runs over three sessions, and members will be given access to online tools to help them even after the course has finished.

The sessions will run on Wednesday 23rd, Friday 25th & Tuesday 29th between 1:15 – 2:30

The four well-being sessions can be attended as a block or individually.

How we create habits – Tuesday 15th between 1:30 – 2:30

Anxiety & Worry – Wednesday 16th between 1:30 – 2:30

What is the difference between Grief & Loss – Thursday 17th between 1:30 – 2:30

What is Resilience, and how do we start becoming resilient – Thursday 24th between 1:30 – 2:30
