Ken Pullen from CAP has announced the availability of virtual appointments.
I just wanted to let you know that we have appointments available for any clients you may have that are in need of debt help. Obviously, this currently is being done virtually by way of phone meetings, but we have appointments going forward from the beginning of August.
We have been working all the way through since March in Peterborough, supporting our clients through lockdown, especially those who are suffering with mental health issues, and we have seen a number going debt free as well.
Clients will need to be able to either post their paperwork directly to CAP through envelopes they will send, or have the ability to photograph documents and send to me directly. This has been working really well.
If you have any clients you feel will benefit from our service then please get them to ring our New Client Enquiries line on 0800 328 0006
If you need any further information then please let me know.
We are also trialling our CAP Money course to run virtually, and we are running a trial course in July with a view to possibly opening this up to other organisations to get people to book into. Further info will follow.
I am also looking into how we can run our very successful Job Club course online, and I am looking at how we can do this over the next couple of weeks.
Both the above courses will need clients to have internet access and be able to access either Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Again, more info to follow.
